A lesson from my mother

Writing eloquently is a skill set that I will probably never master. I rely mostly on observation of human relationships and feelings. I try to find that place that resonates in my reader. That makes them angry, happy or sad. I know my readers because I am them. I have the same hopes, fears, and wishes.

What brought these thoughts on? It was another lesson my mother taught me just this morning. I received the following email when I needed to see it. One clear concise line that gave me energy, and focused my mind, but not before it made me cry:
